Einbinder & Dunn, LLP represents clients in purchase and sale of real property, including the acquisition and assemblage of real estate sites and the negotiation and acquisition of air rights and related property rights. The firm has recently represented clients in the sale and acquisition of joint venture interests, LLC memberships and fee title interests valued in excess of $10,000,000.
Real Estate Development
Einbinder & Dunn, LLP represents clients in real estate development, including operating agreements and shareholders and partnership agreements for ownership and management, as well as the formation of LLC's for real estate development.
Commercial Leasing
Einbinder & Dunn, LLP represents clients in commercial leasing, including creation of highly sophisticated lease documents on the owner's side and the negotiation of leases for tenants, as well as lease audits.
Zoning and Municipal Matters

Real Estate Financing and Refinancing
Einbinder & Dunn, LLP represents clients in Real estate financing and refinancing, including all agreements relating to mortgage based lending, both for the lender's and the borrower's side, as well as all types of financing arrangements for raising development capital. The firm has provided opinion letters for a $60,000,000 sale leaseback involving more than 40 properties nationwide.
